I'm a data scientist and AI engineer based in Harare, Zimbabwe — working at the intersection of enterprise data systems, machine learning, and AI agent development. Beyond my core role, I serve as Zindi Ambassador for Zimbabwe — organising data science events, running competitions, and mentoring practitioners across the country. I write about technology and leadership for Right for Education (R:Ed), reaching audiences across Africa. Designed and deployed a suite of production AI agents on a large, completely undocumented enterprise database — building a full data relationship map through systematic pattern validation, achieving 95.56% accuracy across 225,000+ live transactions. Agents deliver real-time production intelligence, inventory traceability, and operational analytics, actively used by the business every day.
Built an AI-powered analytics agent that automates sales performance reporting, customer segmentation, and route analysis — integrated with live operational data infrastructure. Reduced manual reporting cycles and insight turnaround from days to under 5 minutes.
CNN-based image classification system (EfficientNetB0 transfer learning) identifying maize crop diseases from field images. Built for the Zindi Maize Disease Detection Challenge and selected for presentation at IndabaX Zimbabwe 2025.
Automated Python pipeline that fetches Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe exchange rate PDFs, extracts and transforms the rate data, and loads it into SQL Server for live Power BI dashboards and executive reporting.

Organised and hosted a live career development event for Zimbabwe's data science community as Zindi Ambassador. The session drew 100+ attendees and ran for 90 minutes — extended from the original schedule due to an exceptionally engaged Q&A. Every question was addressed.
